Our piercing service at the HMp Studio is free of charge when you purchase a piece of HMp jewellery.
HOW CAN I GET PIERCED?
If you are in LA, you can book in for an appointment with the legendary Brian Keith Thomson at Body Electric Tattoo. The full HMp collection is available to view, purchase and be pierced with.
If you are in London, we are offering private piercing appointments at the HM Showroom with the exceptional piercing artist Miss Roni. You can book an appointment here.
If you would like to discuss what and where you would like to be pierced, or have a Curation appointment with Hannah or our expert team, you can get in touch with us to book this prior to your appointment here.
WHAT CAN I GET PIERCED?
At HMp London you are able to get any part of your body pierced from the waist up (waist down enquiries please contact us to discuss!)
DO I NEED TO DECIDE WHAT JEWELLERY I WANT BEFORE I COME FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
There is no need to have decided before you arrive for your appointment, although it would be great to have an idea of the area you would like to be pierced beforehand. We are on hand for consultation before your piercing.
If you do have a very clear idea of what you would like to be pierced with, it is a good idea to let us know beforehand so we can make sure it is suitable for the body part you wish to be pierced.
CAN I COME FOR A CONSULTATION BEFORE?
Yes! We would love to see you and help you with your piercing plans beforehand. Feel free to book in for a consultation appointment at the HM Showroom. You can drop us a line here.
We offer a bespoke curation service with either Hannah or one of our HMp team who can help you plan ahead for your piercing collection, and suggest potential routes to take that would be suitable to your anatomy and the final look you are going for.
CAN I SEE THE HMP COLLECTION BEFORE I COME FOR MY PIERCING?
Absolutely. The HMp collection is available to view and purchase at the HM Showroom in London and at Body Electric in LA.
CAN ALL THE HMP PIECES BE USED FOR PIERCING?
Not everything can be used to pierce with directly. The collection has been designed for you to be able to add to the piercing-ready pieces after the healing process. We also believe we have created pieces of jewellery that you will not be rushing to change once they are healed.
CAN THE READY-TO-BE-PIERCED COLLECTION BE USED IN ANY TYPE OF PIERCING?
Every person's anatomy is different, and certain jewellery styles are not always appropriate for certain piercings, or certain anatomy. If you are in any doubt about what can and can't be used in the part of your body you wish to be pierced please give us a call or drop us a line on email@example.com.
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH PIECES I CAN BE PIERCED DIRECTLY WITH?
You can browse the collection called READY-TO-BE-PIERCED. All of these pieces are able to be used in the piercing process.
WHY CAN I NOT BE PIERCED DIRECTLY WITH SOME OF THE HMP PIECES?
Being pierced is a serious business, and we take your health and well-being more seriously than anything. The reason that not all HMp pieces are suitable for piercing with is because they could cause issues with your body healing. This is either to do with weight, or areas where bacteria could potentially collect and cause issues. With our pearl pieces, the pearls themselves cannot take the heat of the sterilisation process we put the rest of the jewellery through. This is why we have made our collection out of interchangeable components.
CAN I BUY SOMETHING ONLINE AND BOOK AN APPOINTMENT TO BE PIERCED WITH IT?
You can buy any of our Ready-To-Be-Pierced collection and book an appointment to be pierced with it. Please let us know this is what you want to do and we will keep your purchase at the HMp Studio and have it sterilised and ready for your appointment.
DO YOU DO BESPOKE PIERCINGS?
Yes we do. We will happily create a bespoke piercing for you. We would suggest that it would be best to come in for a consultation with Hannah and our expert piercer. We will then design and create a piece especially for you. You can get in touch with us here if you would like to discuss a bespoke piercing.
I WANT TO GET AN INDUSTRIAL PIERCING - HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I NEED?
Every person is different, and every ear is different! We would highly recommend booking in for a consultation so we can create an industrial bar that fits your anatomy perfectly.
CAN YOU CUSTOMISE THE LENGTHS OF YOUR BARBELLS FOR ME?
We can customise any part of the HMp collection. Please email us with your enquiry and we will be in touch with you to discuss this further.
WHAT ARE THE SHOWROOM OPENING HOURS?
We are open Monday to Friday 10am-6pm, however we are flexible and will happily open for one-to-one and bespoke appointments 7 days a week, at a time convenient to you.
DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT TO VISIT THE SHOWROOM?
You are very welcome to show up without an appointment (we are open 10am-6pm on weekdays). However if you would like if you contact us prior to a visit we can provide the best service and product you require.
I AM NOT IN LONDON; HOW CAN I BUY HMP JEWELLERY?
The easiest way to make an international purchase is through this website.
We also host regular international exhibitions and events. To stay up to date on our international tour dates you can sign up to receive the HMP Newsletter, or email us to register your interest in a specific city.
DOES HMP SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We ship globally. Please contact our customer service team if you have a specific request or requirements for shipping.
ARE THE PRODUCTS FEATURED ON THE SITE ACTUAL SIZE?
Due to variations in screen sizes and viewing, the products are not actual size.
